Toolz Reveals Why Passport Office Refused To Take Her Photo

Nigerian media personality, Toolz Oniru-Demuren has revealed that the Passport Office refused to capture her photo just because she was spotting coloured hair.

The OAP took to her Instagram page to talk about the incident and it obviously showed she was disappointed:

Today I found out that they won’t do your picture at the passport office if your hair is coloured!

It would be recalled that just recently, Cool FM OAP Do2dtun, was also forced to change the color of his hair to black before he could be able to renew his international passport at the same office

Venting his anger on social media, the OAp wrote:

“This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever experienced. How the hell does the colour of my hair have to do with me getting a passport? Absolutely stupid! Who comes up with these rules?”
