NPFL: Gov Ortom fires Lobi Stars Vice-Chairman, Mike Idoko

Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State, on Thursday terminated the appointment of Mr Mike Idoko as the Vice Chairman, Lobi Stars Football Club.

This was contained in a statement issued in Makurdi by the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Prof Anthony A Ijohor.

According to the statement, the termination of Idoko’s appointment takes immediate effect.

The statement also directed Mr Idoko to hand over all Government properties in his possession to the Secretary of the club.

Prof Anthony A Ijohor, in the statement, expressed appreciation to Mr Mike Idoko for the services rendered to the state while in office and wished him well in his future endeavours.
