Actress Chika Ike Makes Headlines At The 76th Cannes Film Festival In France

Chika Ike has made history at the 2023 Cannes Film Carnival.

The Cannes Film Festival is an annual film festival held in Cannes, France, which previews new films of all genres, including documentaries, from all around the world and this year’s edition was the 76th edition.

It was also a double win for the actress. Not only is she the first Nigerian actress to walk the Cannes red carpet but she was listed on the ‘Best Dressed List’ as seen on international media like Vogue, and New York Times.

Styled by celebrity stylist, Swanky Jerry,  the actress who shone in green dazzled on the red carpet wearing a two-toned embellished dress by Kud collections with puffy sleeves and a long train.

Speaking on the win, the actress wrote: Even when I’m not trying hard, the spotlight is on me, I shine differently and I’ll forever be that girl!
