The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has fixed November 16 for a fresh election in Kogi west senatorial district. Former Governor of Kano State and the immediate past Senator representing Kano Central, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, was attacked by thugs who are yet to be identified in Kano, Monday.
