BBN Season 6 housemates: Meet the female Housemates

The female contestants in the Season Six of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show dubbed Shine Ya Eye have been unveiled on Sunday.

 

They join their male counterparts who were yesterday unveiled and introduced into the BBNaija House.

 

All housemates will be contesting for the grand prize of N90 million.

 

Below are the female contestants and their profiles.

Angel Agnes Smith

Angel was the first female housemate, she claims to be very bossy, adorned with 11 tattoos, Angel watch word is “says what you give is what you get.” She likes writing, watching movies and most importantly, sleeping. She describes herself as a fun, easy, likeable person who enjoys storytelling, going to the beach to write poetry and dancing at the club.

The 21-year-old is a proud feminist, and her friends describe her as a drama queen. She believes Big Brother Naija will help her kick-start her journey in writing and cinematography.

Peace Ogor

A 26-year-old entrepreneur from Port Harcourt with a burning passion for fashion and style. She runs a clothing store very own clothing store that continues to keep her busy.

She describes herself as “a fun, sociable, daring team player” and believes her multicultural background makes her relatable. Although she is always on the go, Peace is not afraid to power down and refuel her social gas by spending time with her family when the opportunity presents itself.

Peace says we should look out for her “peaceful side”. She has a simple strategy for BbNaija; have fun, stay in the game and win in the end.

 

Jackie Bent 

Jackie B is a proud single mum and hard worker with a passion for life. She is an interior designer and a certified event and wedding planner and went to university in the UK where she had her son. The 29-year-old loves having fun and spending time with the people she loves but also enjoys time to herself. She describes herself as an “introverted extrovert” and insists she is shy but confident.

She is driven by money and success and wants to make sure she can take care of herself and her family. She always seeks adventure and gets bored very easily. She is also a resourceful and creative person who enjoys making life beautiful.

The single mother, says she is going to the house to “explore and have fun”. she claims to be a flirt, her strategy is to stay 10 steps ahead of her fellow housemates.

 

 

Tega Dominic

 

Tega was the fourth female housemate. She promises to give the housemates “anyhow they want it.”

The 29-year-old mother of one enjoys dancing, travelling, DIY and photography. When she’s not doing any of the above, you can catch Tega swimming, or being the life of a party.

 

Her friends see her as easy-going and a great cook.

 

She believes motherhood changed her perspective on a lot of things, adding that she’s always look forward to what life has to bring her way.

Tega also said she has found the perfect balance between being calm and being hot-headed.

 

Arinola Olowoporoku aka Arin

 

Arin is a 29-year-old feminist, fashion designer and an independent arts and culture curator dedicated to promoting the contemporary visual arts in Africa.

 

Raised in a polygamous home in Lagos, she is an emotional, strong, creative, opinionated and unapologetically expressive person.

 

She describes herself as “having no filter most times,” and believes Big Brother house is made for young people like her to thrive and come into themselves.

Arin is eclectic, loves piercings and loves to dye her hair blue.

She was the fifth housemate, a fashion designer. she says she has “Ashewo face,” adorned with 17 piercings!

Arin also said she doesn’t know what she will give until she sees what she is getting.

 

Maria Chike Agueze

 

The sixth female housemate, from Imo State is a realtor in Dubai.

Maria is a 29-year-old former air hostess, turned realtor who enjoys cooking, exercising, hiking, acting, and dancing. Maria prides herself on being a loving and kind-hearted individual who is always looking for new adventures. Her travels have taken her around the world and to all continents, except Antarctica.

She describes herself as “a symbol of love in human form”, adding that “I can get extreme when disrespected to the fullest”.

Maria mentioned that she has a phobia for being broke.

 

Roseline Omokhoa Afije aka Liquorose

 

Liquorose was the seventh housemate, Roseline Afije, 26, a dancer from Ggb crew.

Roseline is a professional dancer who doesn’t do well with people who talk too much. She describes herself as “a down-to-earth go-getter” who can go from being a tomboy to a glamourous lady.

The 26-year-old loves singing, cooking, reading and writing. She also takes pride in her talents as an actor and fashion entrepreneur.

She’s a former video vixen who now leads a girl dance group

Liquorose is bringing her “thick thighs” (phew!) into the house, according to her.

Beatrice Agba Nwaji

Beatrice was the eighth housemate. 

The 28-year-old single mother of a five-year-old son is a fashion model and up and coming actress. She studied marketing at the University of Port Harcourt.

 

Her hobbies her dancing, singing, playing basketball and football. She’s also a great hairstylist and a talented software developer.

 

She joined the Big Brother Naija house to showcase her interesting personality to the world.

 

Beatrice enthused that she is “extremely entertaining.” The low cut queen says she wants to sell her brand and hopes to get a bigger space for her brand after the show.

 

Princess Francis

Princess was next, the ninth housemate, she is a 30-year-old e-hailing service driver and business owner. She lives in Abuja and enjoys cooking, traveling, and watching movies. She takes pride in being a lovable, caring, fun person – and confesses she can be a little dramatic sometimes. “I got the drama from my mama,” she says.

 

Princess is from Imo State and lists buying her very first car as the highest point in her life. Her lowest on the other hand, is when she found out her dad passed away.

 

Princess reckons there are many things that make her royalty, but none above her industriousness and the fact that she is a cool New Year’s baby!

She’s been driving taxi for a year. Says promises to take everyone on a ride.

 

Tsakute Jonah aka Saskay

Saskay was the tenth housemate. The  Adamawa born model says she is “very soft on the inside.”

Saskay is a 22-year-old extrovert and lover of books. She enjoys all types of music and speaks of herself as “an embodiment of art”. Discovering her talents and skills and using them to impact others and improve her persona, while striving to find her space in the world, is what she considers to be a high point in her life.

 

Although she was suspended from school in 2015, Saskay is having the last laugh as a fine artist and has even won titles such as ‘Model of The Year’ and ‘Female Personality of The Year’ at her university.

 

She loves dancing, cooking and meditating, and believes her personality was made for a show like Big Brother Naija.

Saskay noted that she has a boyfriend but the foundation ‘no too solid’.

 

Anita Singh aka Nini

Nini was the eleventh housemate; she warned that she will “bring trouble if you give her trouble.” She revealed that she has a natural beauty and doesn’t need makeup. 

She owns a fashion brand and is also a model and plans to do an official opening for her brand after the show. 

 

A fashion entrepreneur born and raised in Nigeria with four siblings and a mother she loves.

 

The 27-year-old graduate of the University of Abuja has hobbies which include cleaning, cooking travelling and photography.

 

According to her, she’s “curious, dramatic, ambitious and fun” with a desire to be the centre of attention.

 

Nini believes the Big Brother Naija platform will change her life.
